Whew! You found me. Thanks so much for stopping by, and I'm hoping you are more than tempted to purchase one or several pieces. I am a full time, self representing, exhibiting artist (although I'm not in any organizations stating such in any official capacity-- I guess I should look into that). I travel from coast to coast participating in some of the finest art festivals. I also participate in small, funky events. I teach my techniques and can be booked by you, your group or your local shop. Call me with questions, you'll find my phone number in the upper right hand of every page. Custom orders are gladly accepted and each piece will have a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The non-refundable deposit amount varies by commission, so let’s chat about it before we set up the work. Custom orders, once received, are also final sales. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. Custom work is a delicate balance of art and commerce, but over all, we have to trust one another. You trust me to make you a truly fantastic piece of art jewelry, and I trust you to complete the purchase. Pour over my listings, check out my blog, or meet me at one of the festivals I participate in—let’s build bridges before we get to work. If you are not comfortable with this, you may want to rethink asking for a custom piece. I will devote time, materials and brain space to your order, we will talk at each step of the process, and you will LOVE it because it will be unique and individual, just like you.

Shipping normally occurs within 48 hours of purchase. I will be shipping to your check out address (not the PayPal address). If you have any doubt about which address I’m using, contact me. I know a lot of folks are on the road between a couple of locations (I dream of that!) and I want to be sure your piece(s) is (are) sent to the right home! I’m hoping you get the idea to buy several pieces by my clever use of plural in the previous sentence!!

Shipping for Gifts is done on a case by case basis. I probably won’t ship things overseas after receiving a bank transfer. My Dad has told me all about that scam.
Your piece(s) will be carefully and securely wrapped, and sent via USPS. For larger pieces, I recommend USPS Priority (increase fee), or I can offer you FedEx shipping for more expensive pieces (increased fee). I really like to know where the babies are when they are between you and me. Please feel free to contact me if you would like a different shipping method and we will figure out together what works best for both of us.

INTERNATIONAL customers: All items are shipped 1st Class International Mail and insured. Tracking is not available on 1st class international mail shipments. It can be slow and we both need to be patient. The customer is totally responsible for any duties/taxes that may be charged when shipped internationally.

Returns with refunds will be granted for three calendar days from date of receipt of the shipment (with communication). After that, I can offer you an exchange for an additional four calendar days (also with communication). That means you have seven calendar days to check the piece against your outfit or have your friends tell you what they think! I try to have the best detailed photos of each piece and tell you any and all characteristics that are important within the listing itself. If you have questions, contact me before you purchase the piece so we can talk more about your questions. Some of my pieces are truly out there, so be brave, and if you go for it--- GO FOR IT!!

For those of you lucky enough to score a SALE - you should know that all “Sale” items are, in fact, FINAL SALE. That means, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. “SALE” is a one way street into your jewelry collection, or your daughter’s, sister’s, or friend’s. Read all descriptions carefully and then prepare for the arrival of your newest piece of Art Jewelry!

I do Wholesale! If you have a gallery, shop, or boutique, contact me and we can set up an order or a pick box. I'd be more than happy to send you my wholesale information. I ship pick boxes with a CC number and authorization on file. I will also need your resellers' info and business info on file. Pick boxes split shipping (I pay for shipping out, and you pay for shipping back) and require tracking and insurance for all shipments.
