Duties and responsibilities:
Fabricate pieces and parts in fine silver- Parts is parts. One of your primary responsibilities will be fabricating pieces and parts for OSJ collections. From simple structural pieces to more complex constructions, you will ball, bezel and set stones. You’ll be tasked with fabricating structures for wholesale orders, retail production and future collections.
OSJ exhibits at national art shows and travel may be offered. Currently, this is a part time position, but could develop into full time.

Hiring process:
Interview process includes a test project where we’ll benchmark your efficiency. You’ll be paid for your time and I’ll quality check your work submissions. You will be expected to completely fabricate at least 4 bezels an hour.
Compensation:
Per part, approx. $13.50 per hour. You will be paid as an Independent Contractor and receive a 1099 yearly in accordance with IRS standards.
Commitment:
Part-time. About 12 hours per week to start, but could develop into full time for the right person. Schedule is flexible, but it will be very important to meet specific deadlines.
